One late evening in April, Jon Rivers and Titu Sarder were talking about the effects that the COVID Pandemic was having on businesses and leaders of those companies.

They felt they needed to give back to the community, and this is where the Leadership Goes Beyond virtual conference was born. Along the way, the format of the conference has evolved, and now Leadership Goes Beyond has become a quarterly virtual conference called Pulse where leaders come to listen and learn about business issues and how to resolve them from other business leaders. To complement the quarterly conference, Leadership Goes Beyond will also deliver webcasts in between events.

Jon and Titu didn't want to stop at just helping leaders they also wanted to give back to the community as well. So after each event, Leadership Goes Beyond will be donating proceeds to a worthy charity after costs.
